 The One Nozzle that started it all & ruled them all in the 80s-2000s. Phantom caps aka Testor nozzle aka NY Thin was the only nozzle you needed to paint anything. Back in the day it was all you had for details, chops, outline, fill in, or special effects, other then a fat cap, a softball and a couple other nozzles. Before signature brands of spraypaint & 50 different nozzle choices this was it. This is the homage to the original standard, The Phantom cap.
