The tan boardwalk looked slightly used. I was able to return them and was also offered to have the roller skate delivered straight from the manufacturer. In a rush, I purchased from another store. The company also offers store credit if you add ten percent store credit to use with them. At first I was confused. I didn't see it, but now I see that the account does in fact have 10 percent of my complete order credited. I was assuming the entire amount I paid would be in my credit. This company is honest and fair. As for the sure grip boardwalks, I love them. The angle takes some people time to get used to, but I feel so stable in the boardwalk. The boot is also stitched to the plate incase it eventually comes apart. I always spray the boots before using them for an easy cleanup.

This shop is very much appreciated. Although with this purchase, I was delivered skates that looked slightly used. I typically spray them before I dirty them. They weren't terrible. Just a dark mark and a white scraped area as if someone sat crossed legged with them. I emailed back and forth with an employee and I, or they, must have had a miscommunication. I asked for store credit to purchase a different pair here because I got the other pair somewhere else soon after. I ended up getting the five percent fee taken out which I thought I'd be able to spend it here again. Anyway, thanks for the service. Hope your shop does well.

The skates are great and so beautiful. When I ordered the skates I received a text message from the shop asking what kind of wheels I preferred. Great customer service and the skates arrived quickly. I was updated on the status of my order through the entire process.
