This is S1 Lifer Helmet W/ Visor Gen 2. This is the second edition of this product and has been completely redesigned from the original version. Each helmet will come with a carrying bag, mounting hardware, a micro fiber cloth, 4 rubber safety screw covers, 1 clear Visor and three top pads in varying thickness's to affect how deep or shallow you want the helmet to sit on your head.

The S1 Lifer Helmet is one of the best fitting and safest helmets for Skateboarding, Longboarding, BMX, Scootering, Roller Skating and Roller Derby. The Lifer Helmet uses a specially formulated EPS Fusion Foam which allows it to protect your head from multiple low force impacts as well as high impacts. The Lifer Helmet is a certified "multi-impact" helmet and is up to 5x more protective than the soft foam non-certified helmets. S1 Lifer Visor Helmet
Pros: The visor is easy to get used to, clear, and definitely keeps me from getting hit in the face. Cons: It is hot, not as sweat absorbent as I would like, my water bottle hits the visor when I try to take a drink, and WOW, it's expensive. All things considered, it is well worth the cons to not get hit in the face.

Not happy with service from RatSk8
I have used RatSk8 in the past but this particular time I am disappointed with service. I particularly ordered a S helmet of the S1 Lifer with visor. It was advertised they carry a S in the white gloss. I was sent a M. The size stickers had been removed from the box and from the inside of the helmet. I had already had plenty opportunities to purchase a M in the past. I wanted a S. This was a planned purchase that had been thought out and planned. I had tried a M and a S brand new from teammates. I knew about the inserts and how I could change the size but the S with the S insert fit perfect. I really wanted the S. I guess for the sale, the shop RatSk8 did what they wanted to make the sale. Just wished they had been straight with me. I also sent two messages at time of purchase because I saw some color options for the inserts. I did not get a response. So although S1 helmets I review as a 5, the company RatSk8 gets a 2 for customer service. The only reason they are getting a two was because of the quick delivery. Only because my Bout was the next day I chose to wear the helmet anyway. I have to wear an xs and a s insert to make it fit perfect which really sucks. If they had sent me the size I needed I could just have the Same thickness all the way around with the S inserts. The XS are slightly too tight for me in the M and the S too big!!! As you can tell and I have stated I am not happy with deception. Be aware! Hopefully this review will help with stopping this.
