The Riedell Model 120 Award is made from high-quality leather and is great for artistic, rhythmand outdoor roller skating. The boot features leather uppers with a comfortable Dri-Lex™ lining. The ankle padding and reinforced quarters provide support during jumps and complex dance moves.

excellent quality
I purchased this boot because i had a plate and wheels i loved and wanted to build my own skate with a high quality leather boot that was still within my budget. This boot was everything i needed. i am curious if it’s actually made in the US, which is what it says in the description, considering the inside of the boot says made in thailand...but that could be just the liner i guess? either way i adore this leather boot, it’s really nice and i expect it to last forever. I love that it doesn’t have eyelets because those were the first thing to rip off on my last skates (sure grip). I wear a size 7.5 in street shoes and the 6 in these was perfect. i greatly appreciated the sizing help from sk8ratz and the good communication about my order.

Riedell Model 120 Award Boots
It's a Riedell, so you just know it's going to be a great quality boot. I've had other, less expensive boots and they just don't seem to last like my Riedell's have. Also, Skate Ratz offered to mount my new plates to the boots for me which worked out great. They did a wonderful job. I'm glad I took advantage of their free shipping option too.
