Thrust Plates not longer come with white cushions. They likely will come with orange ( medium hardness) Magic Cushions.
The PowerDyne Thrust is a durable black nylon plate with polished metal trucks for exceptional performance. The lightweight plate accepts adjustable toe stops, toe plugs or bolt-on toe stops (sold separately). It is a great option for those looking for a lightweight entry-level plate.

Plates for Vans Skates
I bought these for my Vans Sk8-Hi roller skate build. I ordered a size 8 plate with a 7 inch wheel base for a size 11 shoe and it worked out great. I've skated a handful of miles in the skates and the plates seem to do the job. The Orange cushions were a nice surprise as they matched my shoes.
